I made an appointment, arrived on time and spent one hour in the waiting room before anyone said anything to me about why it was taking so long. I left and again no one said one thing to me about what happened or that they were sorry I waited for nothing. Not going back. After looking at several reviews sites, I see a pattern of poor service here. Glad to be at the new dentist. They are terrific. Thanks Waterway for making me find a new better dentist.

After visiting Waterway Dental and meeting once again Ms. Tonya Johnson, Practice Manager and Dr. V. Nguyen I can only say they are the best people in the world. They understood my needs and helped me to their best abilities, making me walk out of the office in the best emotion than words can describe. I highly recommed Waterway dental to everyone.
It's difficult to get someone on the phone most of the times which means leaving a voicemail and sometimes the call is returned and sometimes not, and you have to call again. Also, the voicemail messages is about the Christmas days & hours.
My doctor was Dr. Tressler, he was very nice and professional. He was very patient with me and I really appreciate that since I had so many questions. He never once gave me the impression that I was annoying him by asking so many questions and that made me feel relaxed. Jackie assisted him during the whole process and she is very nice, compassionate ad gentle. I know it sounds weird to say this about going to the dentist as no one really enjoys a trip to the dentist but my overall experience was pleasant. Thanks for employing such a nice and caring group of people.
