Waited over an hour for my child to be seen, only to have them call her back and take xrays and then a front desk member came and said something to the assistant and they told my daughter someone was before her and she had to go back out to the front and wait. I am a RDA, and the assistant didn't even put the lead apron over her to take xrays. My 22 month old came earlier in the week and the doctor didn't even put any instruments in his mouth to check or ask about an oral habits or address the thick frenum he has between his front teeth attaching his lip to his palate. Definitely a joke dentist for children, we will go to a pediatric dentist from here on out.

This place has changed so much the last year, it used to be a great place, great staff and my son's hygienist was really nice and sweet.I take my son there since he wa 1 year old , he's about to turn 7 .

But unfortunately its not the same , i had problems with appoitments 3 time in the same month, staff never called me back even leaving them tons of messages.

I was treated so horrible when i was there the last time, front desk ladies are very rude .

Not going back again. They are very unprofessional!

It seems like every few months when I come in , there is different staff and Dentists. I had a filling done and it took almost 2 hours because the equipment was not working up to standards and the Dentist kept apologizing -- it made me a little uncomfortable.

I made an appointment, arrived on time and spent one hour in the waiting room before anyone said anything to me about why it was taking so long. I left and again no one said one thing to me about what happened or that they were sorry I waited for nothing. Not going back. After looking at several reviews sites, I see a pattern of poor service here. Glad to be at the new dentist. They are terrific. Thanks Waterway for making me find a new better dentist.

After visiting Waterway Dental and meeting once again Ms. Tonya Johnson, Practice Manager and Dr. V. Nguyen I can only say they are the best people in the world. They understood my needs and helped me to their best abilities, making me walk out of the office in the best emotion than words can describe. I highly recommed Waterway dental to everyone.

It's difficult to get someone on the phone most of the times which means leaving a voicemail and sometimes the call is returned and sometimes not, and you have to call again. Also, the voicemail messages is about the Christmas days & hours.
