I am giving Vision Source 3 stars solely because the doctors, and Dr. Tully in particular, are very capable. As an optometry professional, I would trust her completely. I have not been to this practice in well over a year, however, because I had constant difficulty with the office in general. I was, apparently, the one patient that everything would go wrong with. On more than one occasion, I would arrive for my scheduled appointment and have to wait an hour or more because someone came in with an emergency. Due to Dr. Tully's office hours, I had to come in during my work day, and these waiting times cost me my lunch hours and either vacation time or money from my paycheck. I was told to ask for the first appointment of the day or the first appointment after lunch, and would still find myself waiting. I was finally informed by one of the doctors that each time I was given the first contact lens follow-up/checkup appointment, which is actually 15 minutes AFTER the first appointment of the day. They refused to make accommodation even though I'd had so many things go wrong. Additionally, I got a call one Friday telling me contact lenses were in and that I could just come any time to pick them up during office hours. I got there at 1:40, and the office was closed. I later found out from a staff person that the doctors were out that day, so the staff decided to close early. They left no sign and did not leave a message on the voice mail to that effect. When your office is supposed to be open, your office should be open. People rely on posted hours for coming in to pick up lenses or pick out glasses, or ask questions, and it is unprofessional to randomly close early because you felt like it. For these reasons, I do not plan to go back.
