I had a great visit.
Tina was great. Tuli was great.
The filling procedure was not painful at all - at all! Tina & Dr. Tuli prepped me that it might be painful, but she must have done a great job at freezing.
As well, it wasn't painful when the freezing subdued.
I was looking at my bill a bit closer this morning and it said 'tooth discolouration restoration' or something to this effect. I believe it was a filling though, I will be following up with my insurance plan to make sure that I didn't get charged extra for a 'colouration' vs. a 'filling'.
Also - my visit 10 days ago was for a regular cleaning. The dental hygienist was flossing and pulled out a lot of the filling. I was a bit surprised that it was then my responsibility to pay $240 to repair this. I didn't mention it until right now though - wondering how Tuli feels about this?
Every time I come in, Dr. Tuli asks me if I want to repair the gap in my front teeth. I am really comfortable with my gap, so I really don't need any repair here.
Other than this, I must say your staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I had to switch my appointment and this was accommodated last minute. I really appreciate this as it is a tough week for me and I was not planning to come (but had to fix the filling).
