Let's see where do I start: I am very disappointed with my last visit from the moment I walked in the door. While i.was sitting in the waiting room to.be called back Arthur asked a client why his wife left a bad feedback!? As a client I thought the feedback was for the company to learn and improve where their clients feel they lack and yet the client gets confronted about it in the waiting room how embarrassing!! 2nd I get back and have to wait to see then dentist, I was back for a 3rd time on a tooth that their office worked on and the dentist was very rude! They took X rays to see what was going on and Arthur and the dentist were talking about it while I was waiting in the chair! Then when the dentist finally sees me he tells me it's from sweets why my teeth are sensitive, then tells me that I need a root canal as I have calcium deposits in my teeth (same deposits that were on my previous x ray that he wasn't too concerned to tell me about) then walked out of the room! He then returned as the hygienist was cleaning my teeth to tell me about my front teeth and as he was informing me of what could be done he walks out of the room! Super unprofessional to start telling a patient something then walk out the door so they can't hear you. He also was inconsiderate that I have back problems and asked him to please be careful when lowering and raising the chair, when I left I told Arthur about it and he just seemed like he brushed it off and told me he would talk to him. Then Arthur preceeded to ask if I wanted to return to see their specialist for my teeth I said yes so I wasn't bugged while I was there but I will never return. My teeth still hurt and all the dentist could do is try to blame me for his mistakes! Do not Call me asking me to return, do not call and ask me to change this review. I won't and I don't feel like I should, you guys should be more professional and not ask a client to change their review if they are not happy instead take the advise and fix the problem!!!!
