I have been seeing the Physician's Assistants since 2005 (2 over the years) and have been very satisfied with their knowledge and professionalism. They have always had time to discuss things I brought up and I never felt rushed. I have never had any problems with the receptionists or staff and have always been greeted with a smile.
I have been going to Dr. Henegan, for my yearly physicals, for many years. Every year, I receive the same friendly, helpful, and professional care. I highly recommend this clinic, to my friends and co-workers.
At SSWC everyone is caring, positive, and upbeat! They take the time to listen to you, and give you the best answers to their ability. They are by far the best doctors office I have ever been too. I recommend them to everyone I talk to.
The actual health care service was good, accurate and provided relief from my issue. Where I am frustrated with the office lies with the billing office. My procedure was in march and I am still dealing with collectors, inaccurate bills and phone calls regarding my outstanding balance. I was overcharged almost 300 dollars for a procedure I did not have and a doctor who was not present. I paid an estimate prior to the surgery for two procedures, did not receive one of them, and am told I still owe more. For thsee reasons and inconviences, I will do my best to look for another provider in the future.
I'm high risk and I've been trying to get in to see an actual doctor but after 3 weeks they still have yet to set me up with a doctor. Even tho I have begged and pleaded and explained I have a blood clotting disorder that has cause 4 miscarriages and a blood clot during my pregnancy with my son. All I asked is that I see a doctor so that I can get a referral to a maternal fetal specialist but they have ignored my calls and begging.
