I was desperate for a haircut, having just moved to the area. I called and Tiffany fit me into her schedule THAT day! She was super friendly and fixed me right up! I will most definitely be back to the Salon at Surrey!
Doesn't honor Groupons that are purchased months ago. When you try to request an appointment, it takes them two days to get back to you if you do it through their "convenient" website which makes it not so convenient because by then they are booked up for the day that you want and you have to choose another day which makes it inconvenient for the consumer. Kate, the owner is very rude and unprofessional and this business is not a member of the Better Business Bureau otherwise, I would also be complaining on there which is a more legitimate complaint site. Thankfully Groupon stands behind their groupons even though this shady salon doesn't.
We do honor valid Groupons until the expiration date unless a client has previously purchased a Groupon and used one. The Groupon Vouchers are only valid for new clients and refunds are only given through Groupon.
Due to our booked schedules and previously booked appointments sometimes we are not available for a "two day notice". We have a wonderful client basis and apologize that you did not feel as if you were given the customer service that you deserve. Best of luck to you.

The Salon was clean and attractive. The other stylists seemed nice and welcoming. Rhonda was professional, frindly, and skillful. This is the best color treatment I have ever had, and she did a good job with my trim and eyebrow wax.
I am a,ways so happy with my haircut when I leave Salon at Surrey!! The salon itself is so clean and chic inside, but my stylist, Tiffany, is absolutely fabulous!! I love coming here for my pampering!!!
