I've been coming to the spa for the last few years and one thing has not changed and that's the employees lack of spa etiquette. While the upper management has drastically improved, many of the other employees clearly have never worked in a spa before. There's nothing worse than coming out of a massage completely relaxed, filled with zen, relaxing on a couch, to then be abruptly disturbed by an employee racing in grabbing and replacing glass snack trays with a loud clanking noise, or slamming the cabinet doors as if they're the only one in the room. In an instant I am snapped out of my zen state and have to compensate their lack of professionalism by putting on headphones sometimes.
The spa itself is lovely, the employees are actually very nice, just not properly trained for this environment. If you don't care about loud spas then I highly recommend this place (on Saturdays the guests are equally as noisy as there are groups attending usually for some event, i.e. girls day out, bachelorette or birthday celebrations).
