As always, the staff is very professional and the overall experience is O.K. but I do have a few items that need to be mentioned. Why do only dental offices feel the need to have to phone people to remind them of their appointments? My wife and I are both adults and do make note of our appointments on our calendar and we certainly do not appreciate a phone call at 8:00 am to remind us of this! Call the patents who are consistent absentees and leave the good ones alone. After our latest cleaning and check up's we will be seeking a new dentist as we are tired of having to pay the higher prices charged here because you do not follow the Canadian Dental Association fee guide. We are also both consistently always being over charged on scaling time on every visit. I have timed the assistants on several occasions and have found that a 45 minute or less scaling procedure is always charged an hour, which our plans do not cover. This has gone on long enough and we will not be back.
We appreciate any feedback we get. Our goal is to continually improve and we will consider your comments. Sorry to hear you will be leaving us. Unfortunate that we did not know to book you for a shorter time period in hygiene. As for our reminders, I was unable to check if we had flagged you for no reminders. We have done that for patients as well to meet their needs.

My time in her chair was very comfortable. She was cheerful, pleasant and as gentle as she could be considering she was poking around in my mouth with a very pointy instrument. The new technology is also wonderful. It is very informative to see last years results compared to this years and to understand what needs to be done on my part to improve my gums. A big thanks to the staff and forward innovations at your clinic.
