My massage was about 1hr. The lady was nice the massage was ok, I've had better. the issues I had was a 15min wait, the room got cold halfway through including the oil she used, then she put the oil on my face to massage(yuk). When I was checking out the clerk didn't ask how it went or ask me on the receipt for a tip.

Jessey is great! Very professional and talented. She always makes me feel and look wonderful. I look forward to my first color session with her in April. Brittany was also very sweet and social. She made my day with her spunkiness. I have been to Rituals off and on since the original owner (Amy) on Alverser Dr. The price is good in comparison but the only thing I would suggest is a more inviting atmosphere. This is not meant as an insult, more of an insight. I spent some time in Rehoboth Beach, DE. and I could have gone to A Bad Hair Day weekly. Drexel the owner made the experience become a habit, that was hard to resist, with the same prices for both hair and spa services, he just put a classy spin on it. You should investigate into his profile. But in Richmond Rituals is my salon.

Owner could be more friendly/welcoming. I've been going there for at least 6 years have seen him some but he has never spoken or reached out in a personal way. The staff has always been so sweet and polite which I'm sure he has directed them to do. He should take clues from his friendly staff.

As always Brigid did a great job on my hair - color and cut. She knows how to take the bulk out oft thick hair so it lies beautifully.
