I like the convenient location near the Metro and MARC train. I also like the fact that they do not try to fix something on your vehickle that is not needed. I believe that they are very honest with their customers.

Very easy to work with over the phone for drop-off and pick-up when I cannot be there during business hours.

I received excellent service!

It's always fine. They're up front about what may happen, and they don't try to upsell unnecessary services. They can be busy, so make an appintment.

Excellent service. Fixes what needs to be fixed and at a reasonable price. Oil change you are in and out. Highly recommend.

Transcooler had some some of the outer coils smashed in, (during installation?). Thanks for getting it done promptly.

Pugh's could hardly be more convenient, across the road from the metro. No waiting for an endless shuttle ride before work! Also reliable and reasonably priced.

Solid work on an American brand vehicle. I intend to return within a month to get additional work completed.

I was impressed with Pugh's garage initially. My sons car was towed there because the power steering went out. Dealing with Ed was very easy. He was polite and business like. The car was fixed in a timely manner and we felt the price, although expensive, was reasonable and fair for the work done. If the transaction had ended there, this would be a 5 star rating. However, the morning we were to pick up the car we received a phone call from an employee at the garage who said now the car door handle was broken. I was suspect about this because there was nothing wrong with the door when we dropped it off. The temps have been extremely cold and several people I know have had problems with door handles freezing up. My suspicion is that the employee went out first thing and forced a frozen handle open and broke it. I expressed my suspicion, but of course I can't prove this was the cause. Since I really had no choice, we paid to have the handle repaired. I am disappointed because we had planned to use the garage for other repairs in the future. Now I am not sure we will because I dont feel I can trust their word. Irregardless of the cause, the door handle was broken while the car was in their possession and I think they should have fixed it without charging me.
