When a patient is guided to the dental chair it would be nice if the Dental technician would "introduce herself" and the apprentice who is working with her. It would also be very nice and polite if the dental tech would EXPLAIN what they were about to do instead of just grabbing the patients arm and slapping what turned out to be a blood pressure measuring device on my wrist. Alleged humorous remarks to the effect that they were going to remove two teeth were also not welcomed when I tried to inquire what they were going to do. Allowing a tech school apprentice to touch a patient without identifying the person to the patient and seeking approval is UNPROFESSIONAL. After I insisted on respect and complete disclosure the technician dismissed the apprentice and settled into the job at hand. The Doctor was compltely Professional.

The work performed by Dr. Coseo was very good. However, the billing department isn't managed very well. I was charged $3,000.00 for the final payment and I paid it. But, the work isn't

finished. Dr. Coseo still needs to remove the temporary bridge and replace it with the permanent bridge, scheduled for Sept. 28th. How many of you pay (in advance) to have your house painted, or a myriad of other things Typically, we pay when the job is done (to our satisfaction), not one month or 1 day before. My wife and I have been patients there for over 20 years, and have always paid our bills on time. We are both very disappointed and are considering changing dental clinics
