I found Dr. Goldfarb to be very intimidating and tried to push her anti-euthanization platform on to us. During her conversations with us, she did not convey Rocco was deaf and blind. The technician informed us of this upon our departure from the clinic. I found the front office and technicians to be sweet and sympathetic. I am very thankful, though, that Rocco was given

pain relief immediately.

Wow I'm so glad to know that there are people who really care for pet's that need immediate attention.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. They showed how much they cared about my cat's well being and wanted to make sure she was going to be ok.

Clean and modern facility, friendly staff, efficient, and pricing similar to other 24hr emergency clinics.

Dr. Gebhard has consistently provided great rehab care for our border collie/shepherd mix after a TPLO surgery last summer. She is engaged, excited about her work, and has an excellent "bedside manner" was us and our dog.

It is very scary to have to take your pet in to the vet when you don't know what is wrong and if you will walk out with your loved one in hand. The folks here were very caring and supportive and provided me with all of the information I need to make Bailey's life a full one. I appreciate all the time they took to answer my questions and just be supportive.

I appreciate having an emergency vet close by in the northern Peninsula. The vet took us within a reasonable time and examined my cat and was patient in answering my questions and explaining things. The staff is caring and professional.

I appreciate being helped right away and that my cat was attended to properly and with good care. She is still having the same problems so I'm seeing my vet at Avenues Pet Hospital. But, when I asked Dr. Lin if her urine was cloudy, she avoided my inquiry; in the past years, Curly had cloudy urine and Dr. Schwach and Dr. Vickers immediately started her on Covenia, the wide range antibiotic, to get the infection back on track. She still is eating a little, not usual amount, and is pawing at her face after she eats which is why I brought her in.

So, overall, the vet was good, and the staff is excellent. I know Dr. Grier from treating and saving my other cat when she filled in at Avenues a few years ago, she is terrific.

Thank you all for your prompt attention to our bird's needs. Having been attacked by a fox, she was in a very fragile state. We appreciate all that your staff did to accommodate her caretakers as well. We will be back, hopefully under less painful circumstances.

The vet was very responsive and the staff very nice. There was a number of emergencies and the vet/staff seemed to know which pets to triage first. They seemed understaffed that night (I think I overheard someone didn't come in) but they responded very well in light of the situation and everyone was very well trained and all the animals were treated in a timely manner. The vet was very good at explaining the injury to me and responded very well and quite rapidly which was great.
