My experience has been that Dr. Qadeer provides excellent service. In fact, I followed him from a previous dentist office. He is funny, friendly, and tells you exactly what he is doing. And, to me, it appears that he stays current with technology.

As an administrator of a very busy surgical practice and an Ambulatory Surgery Center I make sure that all staff understand that you have to communicate with the patients. It is very important whether they are right or wrong that they are heard and that questions are answered. Yesterday I was called back by your dental hygienist - she never introduced herself to me, she didn't answer any question that I posed to her and disappeared. Your tech that took my x-rays answered my questions. I booked my cleaning with Dr. Qadeer as I always do and I totally understand if he is too busy but I felt that she needed to be more direct and speak to me and not avoid me and also introduce herself. I had never seen her before. I later was told by my spouse that I had upset her - I did not intend to upset her but she should see it from my perspective, I didn't want her to clean my teeth if she couldn't even talk to me and make me, the patient, feel comfortable with her. I would never have sent this review if I had not been informed that I upset her.
