I scheduled my 13 year old daughter for her 1st professional salon appointment to get her hair trimmed up and reshaped. We explained what she was looking for and headed in to get started.
Everything was fine the girl had washed her hair and then took about 2 /3 inches off, so I thought that was where she would leave it. Then just relayered and shape if up some. No the next time I looked up she had taken another 2/3 inches off! Ugh!
We had specific explained she wanted to keep her length. But the bad part was she said she asked before she cut- I was sitting right there and didn't hear her ask my daughter. But even if she had, why? When we had already explained and why wouldn't she have reconfirmed with me- sitting right there? Then when it was done my daughter just about in tears( which came in the car ride home) the girl did not once apologize to my daughter! Really??? Bad customer service. Not the entire salon just the individual.
