I am little disappointed with the price I paid and the service I received. Ellen was good, however, the price I paid was too much compared to the hydra facial services I received before at another spa. Other spa charged me $150 and it was 75 minutes of facial hydrafacial with so much pampering. Silkpeel services I received was only for 30 minutes. So not so happy with the price I paid and the service I received. $200 is not a reasonable price for this. Overall I like the staff. They are always helpful and understanding.

Our facials are medical grade, and do not involve the extensive pampering that other spa facilities offer during their treatments. The SilkPeel treatments are scheduled in 50 minute increments, and we do not compromise or shorten the time for our patients for any reason unless the patient requests a short treatment. What I liked most about my experience is that Amanda was very knowledgeable about the products and services offered and spent time explaining why various treatments would benefit me. I felt comfortable with her recommendations given the level of detail she provided. She was calm and reassuring, something I appreciated given my inexperience with the procedures discussed.

I loved everything about the spa-Maureen who did my treatment was wonderful and put me at ease-could not have been more helpful. However each time I waited 20-25 minutes for my appointment. I fel that if you are going to send out emails reminding me not to miss my appointment-my time is important too. This is my only criticism.

As soon as you walk through the door the front desk staff is professinal and always greet you with a smile andvery knowledgeable about the services and specials that are offered..

I have always had a great experience with all the treatments I have had .... Wouldn't go anywhere else !!

left waiting for an hour... I wish they had told me when I got there that the wait would be so long... I could have gone out and run errands and done something productive rather than waiting and wondering what was going on ... everyone was very apologetic and they did give me a gift certficate for another service but being straightforward with me from the start would have been the better solution.... love the place, the people and the service just had one very bad experience and I hope this suggestion helps them to improve their communication with clients.

Just always have had an excellent & timely support at both the inside business staff & John my plumber. I did call on last Friday to say his 10 minute stop corrected my toilet issue, but the handle needs to be adjusted as it should not hit the toilet top . Know there are ore important issues in these next cold days. But please call to follow up & ask him to adjust. I have continued to tell friends to work with you.
