I recently had the Dermapen with PRP and the results are not immediate. I plan on returning for at least three additional treatments and hopefully get the result I'm looking for. Catherine was very nice and knowledgeable!

Staff is pleasant, facility is clean and inviting. They advertised Botox at 199, however, I was charged well over 300! To make matters worse, it looks like nothing was done. They did say I was able to come back in 2 weeks, and they would redo if I'm not happy. ( at no charge).

Our BOTOX pricing is listed online as "Starting at $199," which means that the cost starts at $199 and can range depending on what areas you are treating. You treated an area that does not qualify for the $199 special, and you consented to the cost/procedure prior to doing the treatment. In addition, please keep in mind that the full onset of BOTOX is between 10-14 days, and that is why your follow up appointment is set up at 2 weeks. This was your first time doing BOTOX with us, and we like to be conservative with first time patients. When you come in, your dose adjustment is complementary per our policy.
