I've been doing business (oil changes mostly) at Fox Run since moving to this area over 12 years ago. I have always been very happy with their services. On one occasion I noticed some scratches that occurred during an oil change in 2014 after arriving back home. I made reference on a review such as this and was very surprised and pleased with the management’s response. I was asked to return to the garage and without hesitation I was told to take my vehicle to Master-Tech on Madora Drive where the damage was professional repair. Fox Run management was very courteous and professional in response to my complaint and I was very impressed by their respond. During my most recent service I was told that my 2013 Honda required the use of Synthetic Oil. Following up on this information I found that service done on 5/13/14 Penzoil motor oil SAE 5W-30 was installed which was a contradiction to what I was told during my recent oil change. I likewise read my owners manner which did not stipulate synthetic motor oil as I was told during my most recent oil change. I likewise was told that failure to use synthetic motor oil would void the manufacturers warrant on the vehicle. If that statement was true Fox Runs use of Penzoil on 5/13/14 has already voided the manufacturer warrant. Since it appears that I was intentional mislead with the apparent intent to increase the owner of Fox Run bottom line I will change to another dealer for future service and repairs.

Thesis reason for my visit was to have my brakes looked at. I was informed they were rusty but were fine. Days after my car was fixed, every time I brake my brakes make a terrible noise.

The last two times I've come in I feel like it's an upsell. I came in for an oil change and I was told I needed to spend $460. Yes my car is old, no I'm not made of money. Need a little sensitivity around adding problems to my bill. I can explain how to do this but at least one of you knows how to do this. I'm just not getting that one lately, Sorry! This is why my daughter won't come here. She had a bad experience.

Oil change was scheduled and completed on time. Very satisfied with Fox Run Auto Services which we began using since 2002.One issue regarding the waiting room. Bench seats need to be replaced. They are old and worn out and when Mrs. Winnington sit on one her feet do not touch the floor. That's very uncomfortable for her.
