It was not enjoyable. The prescription I was given was not accurate (trial contact lenses were too weak in my right eye and had to be updated).
The lack of pricing on eyeglass frames was also confusing. It felt like the sales lady was pricing the frames subjectively, based on what my insurance would cover. Why hide information from the consumer? I also thought the sales approach was a bit aggressive; when I made it clear that I didn't like the options for glasses, she continued to push the sale.
