I have been coming to this salon for over three years and am never coming back. I wanted to try a balayage color treatment and my hair became brittle, damaged, and GREEN after two washes. I had to go to another salon to get it redone and they brought over two other colorists to remark on how bad it was.
In addition to this, I was originally scheduled to get a hair cut and was told I couldn't because the hair dresser's friend from high school was there waiting so she couldn't do a cut. This appointment was scheduled more than six weeks in advance!
