I called to reschedule my appointment and was told it was too late and that I'd have to pay a fee. When I made the appointment late on the previous day, the representative told me I'd need to call by five to reschedule. Since it was already late in the day, it certainly seemed that she meant that I would need to call by 5:00 on the next day. The representative made me feel very uncomfortable and seemed to be more interested in my $35.00 than in me as a potential client. I was looking forward to learning more about the programs at the clinic, now I feel discouraged and am not likely to try an appointment again.
