While the customer service is stellar in terms of being polite, (even placing me in a rental), it has been highly inconveniencing for me to bring in the car multiple times (first time to prepare my care for a cross-country move spending nearly $2K, second time bringing back for a check engine light spending another $300, and tomorrow a third time for the windows/sunroof sensors to be reprogrammed). The sensors were not checked and this level of detail should certainly be checked before a customer picks up a car. I leave early next week to drive across country. I would have been very upset to discover this halfway across the country.
I've requested a discount on the two remaining flushes needed (power steering and brake) for tomorrow morning. I truly hope it can be done at no cost given the major inconvenience of bringing my car in a third time.
