Sherry was very rude to me. When I initially called to make an appointment, whoever I spoke to then checked my insurance and assured me that my visit would be covered. When I told Sherry this, she said I was incorrect and must have spoken to someone other than herself, and told me, "you should be proactive about your own insurance." There was no answer when she tried to call the insurance company the first time, and when I asked if she was going to try again, she replied, "Well I can't stay on the phone all morning." However, since Dr. Hudgins is so kind and thorough, I will be returning.

We make every effort to do so upfront to ensure our patients are not inconvenienced during their scheduled time and take pride that our office has virtually NO wait time. Sherry and I made every effort again to verify benefits when your card was presented however that policy had been terminated. Fortunately we were able to verify the correct coverage and are happy to hear that your visit with Dr. Hudgins was again a pleasant experience.
