The staff is always courteous and friendly and was so helpful in tranferring my father out of and back into his wheel chair. We are glad to be clients.

Going to the dentist is not like going to happy hour, theme park, etc. but so far I have been very pleased with the staff, my hygienist Laura and my dentist Dr. Reznik. The staff is accommodating and flexible, Laura has a wonderful personality, as does Dr. Reznik. I think they both highly skilled. Finding a dentist office that makes you feel welcome and has compassion is difficult. I hope all of you stay with Dr Hitzel for many years to come. Thank you for being so kind to me.

I was very pleased with the care and professionalism that Mandy and the dentist provided to me on theworkon my tooth. I had a temporary crown on my tooth

that chipped off while eating last week. I was also pleased with the Lifestyle Dental plan that Dr. Hitzel's provided. My sister referred me and I was able to get an appointment the next day. I am very pleased with the services of your office.

Sincerely,

Staff did a great job of treating my 10 yr old son, who is not an easy patient.

But I do question how such a serious problem was not caught earlier. I also had to endure a very unprofessional staff member who either wanted to blame his home life for the tooth problem or have me give her a dissertation of our home practices both of which are very unprofessional. As it turned out, the tooth problem may have been developmental (dentist's words) which makes her statements about home practices even more unwarranted. I'm a teacher and I would never openly blame a family for their student's reading/math issues but would focus on my job, teaching at school. I expect the same from the dentist. I'm doing my job at home but why do I have to prove it to you when a problem comes up, i.e. a cavity?

Although I think this office does many things right I do feel that overall the staff needs to work on working as a team with the same message and professionalism.
