Great! Except I was early and still had to wait 15 - 20 min for a 10 o'clock appointment.... So that was about a 1/2 hour wait in an empty waiting room.
Kathy, thank you for your response. We do strive to stay on schedule and we are sorry you had to wait. Unfortunately, we occasionally have a patient who requires a few more minutes of care than we anticipated and we may not always have an open chair in the back although no one else is waiting. We can assure you that you will recieve the same thorough care once you are in the chair. We are glad that your service was great and we will work hard to make sure you do not have to wait past your appointment time in the future. We love having you as a patient!
