Honestly my experience was pretty bad this time. I went to Dezinger about 6 months ago to have my front teeth rebonded. The bonding that had lasted 23 years but was starting to discolor. So Dr. Tracy and her DH Tracy did a good job aesthetically!!! Then last week the bonding chipped off while I was flossing. I was left with horrible looking front teeth which were sharp and painful as well. I called the office and let them know the girl at the front desk was so pleasant and put me on for first thing that next morning and told me there was no charge and they were glad to fix it. Whew!! I was relieved!! Then I went to my appt the next day and I have NEVER EVER been treated so low! All the Dental hygienist could talk about was money!!! Money!!!! Money!!!! She told me how Dr Tracy wanted me to be aware that "I would pay the next I time I did something like this" when I asked what she meant she said it was my fault the tooth broke and that they wouldn't fix it again. She said I should honestly be paying that day!! ( I was flossing, I thought that was a good thing)I told her if I needed to pay a portion that was fine but my prior bonding lasted 23 years and I found it odd that in only 6 months time this was broke. She told me they couldn't help it if I was hard on my teeth and that this office was not a charity! She told me Dr. Tracy was being generous! I didn't have to pay but next time I would pay. I told her I hoped there wouldnt be a next time and to please give me suggestions on how to prevent it from breaking again. She didn't speak abother word to me the dentist never came in to see me or check her work( which looked awful ( I felt like since I was requesting a repair at their cost I wasn't worth her time the dentist's time). As I left the hygienist walks to the front and tells the billing dept, its a write off but note that and tell her how much the next break will cost her. She looked at me and said have a good day while rolling her eyes! It was appalling and me and my family have since found a new dentist who fixed the bonding mess up that Dr. Tracy's hygienist did. It's the luck of the draw in this office! If you feel something is broken or needs repaired and you want to be treated like a human being make sure to go elsewhere!
