I had 5 teeth pulled and an immediate denture. Everyone was professional and friendly. I was happy with the first visit. Second visit to check my stitches went good with the doctor but not with the dental assistant. She said my visit was over and I asked if I got a container to put my denture in and a toothbrush. She said "sorry we are out" I asked her how that happens in a practice that deals primarily with dentures. Her answer was "if they don't send us any then we don't have any. I then said I think after spending $2000 on dentures I would think I could expect a toothbrush and cup. Her response was "like I said, if they don't send them we don't have them". She was then condescending saying "I can give you a free little package of adhesive"' like I was just looking
for something free. I spent $2000. I think I can afford the denture cup and toothbrush. I just think it's ridiculous they didn't have them and her attitude was not appreciated.

Thank you for the review! We apologized for not having the kit at the time you were in. The orders are done weekly. You can call at your earliest convenience and ask the receptionist to check to make sure we have kits in stock. If so we would be glad to pull one aside for you to pick.
