They never responded to their website where supposedly you make appointments. The front office person was not friendly and welcoming. If I had that job I would be making a fuss over all the pets that came in, especially thenew ones. The vet techs werd great. The veterinarian was nice, but felt like he didnt get a full exam. I hope my pet stays healthy, I will continue to use them and see what happens.
