The appointment was on time (exactly) and all the lab procedures were conducted quickly. Crystal was fine with it all...usually she's terrified.

The purpose of the visit was to determine whether Crystal's thyroid meds were the correct dosage for her. Dr. Yoakum called me the next day to inform me that the dosage is perfect. She also added some meds for allergies.

Very good experience, even Crystal seemed to think so.

My dog loves CVVH! She underwent surgery recently and everything went perfectly. All of the doctors and support staff that I've met so far are very caring as well as highly competent. The boarding facilities are amazing and the extensive pharmacy also carries a healthy selection of pet food. Best of all, I know that Lucy will be in good hands 24-7 if an emergency occurs. I thoroughly recommend Conejo Valley Veterinary Hospital to everyone I know.

Dr. Sweitzer was great---I think we found a worthy replacement for Dr Thompson.

Dr. DeVault was amazing when she helped my dog Winston and we are very thankful for how calm and kind she was. She was great about giving us all the information on what she was going to do to fix his torn nail and what recovery would look like. Dr. DeVault was open with us on the whole process. The front desk staff was wonderful also and got us in fairly quickly for not having an apointment, the tech we also very sweet and calm with our Winston and with us. We will most definitely be back with all of our animals.

Thank you for all your help!

I arrived very late on Monday evening with a 2+ year old husky/shep mix pup who had eaten plant food; consumed a rat; chewed up a printer ink cartridge and had a bloated tummy. In addition, she had an altercation with her Great Pyr "brother" who left a 1/2 inch incision just below her right front "fetlock". Poison control assured me that everything she had eaten would not kill her, but with her tummy issue and bite she should be evaluated by a Vet that evening. Staff and Dr Nagle couldn't have been nicer or more thorough. What was thought to be a small bit turned out to be a wound that could have become septic by the morning. Dr. N. scheduled her surgery to drain the swelling foot, suture the bite and created a plastic "boot" so the pup could walk. The precise and detailed instructions on how to care for the wounds and what to look for eased my concern and gave me the information to be comfortable with being able to take her home and care for her. It was greatly appreciated and pup and I went home by 3 a.m. secure that if something DID come up we knew we could call CVVH for support.
