My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 and I wasn't seen until almost 11:45. I was in a lot of pain from the waiting and then when I had spoken to the gal about my frames, she said the ones I picked out just 3 days prior, were gone and she would have to order another pair, ultimately making the wait time for my glasses to be longer. The pair I got from your office 10 months ago were never wearable which was very upsetting. It seemed that Dr. Carlson was having a difficult time getting my prescription right. I really hope this pair turns out well for me. It's so horrible to not be able to see as I'm sure you can understand. I am looking forward to getting my new glasses. I really appreciate your staff, they are all so pleasant and caring. I want the thank you for that.
