I was very unhappy with the administrative part of the service. I bought a Guilt coupon for the Zoom whitening session. When I came to the office on the day of the appointment for the whitening session, I found out that this was just a consultation that was required before the whitening is to be done. I was also told that after the consultation I would need to have a cleaning done very close to the timing of the whitening session and that I have to schedule actual whitening session separately for a later time. All together there were 3 steps that whitening at the Boston Dental Design office entails. I wish someone would explain the process when I first called to set up the session so that I can plan my time accordingly.
