I went in expecting very little, as these are students performing the tasks and treatments.
I will say that if an appointment is at a certain time, starting a half hour later is a little unexpected. Especially when you advise guests to arrive 15 minutes early - that means they've been waiting 45 minutes...
Having someone know what is included in a treatment is also advisable, so you are not telling the guest you are going to perform a, b & c, and then at the end they say "oh no, that isn't included in your treatment, you'll need to get this next time."
Over all, I enjoyed the treatment, but was a bit confused by the level of the aestician's knowledge. (First she told me I had dry skin, then she told me I had oily skin... in fact I have very normal skin that only becomes dry or oily if the wrong products are used. I never have issues with makeup run off or other oily skinned problems. By the end of the day my face looked like an oil slick though. I'm assuming this is either from the treatment itself, or from the products used.)
I will return, but next time I think I will speak up about issues I see.
