I look forward to this day, I scheduled my massage and haircut and had $200 spa wish card. My total was 198.00. I could'nt figure it out why so high, so I called Monday morning and found out I have a $40 credit. Why I was charged that amount I'm not even sure. I wish the girl would have told me that as I would have purchased product while I was there. Very confusing visit.

Jody, I'm glad you brought this to our attention. When clients redeem spa wish or spa finder cards we have to redeem the full amount. We always explain to the client afterwards that we have to transfer the remainder of their spa finder/wish card to an Allure gift card. My apologies as it sounds like your receptionist did not do that in this case. Thank you for bringing it to our attention so we can continue to provide our clients with excellent service without future incidents such as this. Well, I went to get a "Gel Manicure" thinking that it would be with added tips onto my nails but was I wrong...they told me it's "Gel polish". My nails look so lame and all that for $70! I could have put my own nail polish on to get this look...ridiculous.

I do only for massages to Alure, it depends who is the masseuse....what I didn't like is that at the time of scheduling appointment I wasn't notified, but found out during massage that the lady doesn't massage the front.

another thing I don't like that there's no discounts, considering high prices, not even for returning customers, which I think it weird in time of all businesses giving some kind of discount, holidays, b-days, returning customers....nothing at all.

other then that I still love my Vichy massage.

Appointment before mine ran 27 minutes over. Which in turn made for a very rushed feeling in the chair, made me late for a pedicure with you which also was very rushed.
