First Appointment of the day and it started 30 minutes late.

Allure Day Spa & Hair Design replied:

I'm very sorry to hear your appointment did not begin on time. We do greatly appreciate your feedback and I would love to hear from you personally in order to prevent future issues. If you'd like to contact me to speak further about the issue, that'd be wonderful. I hope the service itself made up for the time delay. I hope to hear from you soon, thank you again.

Great experience. Had a massage, just wanted a deeper tissue massage. Probably my fault for not expressing it more. My masuse did an exceptional job. I felt amazing afterwards.

When a person takes the effort to make an appointment and to arrive 15 minutes early as a courtesy to the stylist, you would expect them to be on time. So many businesses feel they can allow their customers to wait. After 15 minutes of waiting I went to the counter and asked how much longer, I was told maybe another 10-15 minutes. I let them know it was unacceptable. They did cut my hair but if your "Stylist" who I paid for is really that, I could have gone to a Beauty College. Nothing to write home about. Sorry Allure, what a big disappointment. Nice facility, very few customers while I waited. I guess this is why it rubbed me all wrong.

I had three treatments done and had a fantastic day. It was my birthday and this was a present from family. After my frist treatment my hair was soaking wet. I was going to dry my hair quickly and head to my next treatment. When I went to do that there were no hair dryers. I went out front and the person there said they were all broken and on back order. I was going out with family after I was done at the spa and asked her if she could borrow a hair dryer from the salon. She never came back and helped me. I had to go to my facial with soaking wet hair which made me uncomfortable. When I was all done I went to get my make up on and there was still no blow dryer or attempt to help anyone needing one on Friday. I just find it hard to believe with a full service hair salon on site that no one could find a blow dryer. I did alert the front desk staff member when I was checking out and she said she was sorry and would look into it. All my treatments were fantastic. I have been gong to Allure for several years. While this was upsetting to me I will still come back. But hope you will look into the issue and speak with the staff member who told me they were on back order and did not offer any further assistance.

I got a pedicure, It was not the best for $85, I thought for that price I would get a killer massage but that was weak. The massage chair was so loud and squeaky it was hard to relax.
