This is the third time I've had my car serviced at All German Auto. The first two times I had great experiences. This time however, I walked away a bit frustrated with my experience. As always the workmanship and costs were exceptional. My frustration was with communication. I had to call the day I dropped off my car for a status report, and then had to call once again, the following day, for a status report. I feel status reports should be initiated by the service writer. I called fifteen-minutes prior to the time my car was scheduled to be ready. I was told that it would take another hour and a half. I realize and understand there are issues with repairs that extend the estimated schedule however, communication about extending deadlines is essential since alternative plans often have to be made. This experience will not prevent me from taking my car to All German Auto for my next repair, nor will it prevent me from recommending All German Auto to friends and family, as I've had two positive experiences in the past.
