This is my first visit to this place. I have dark roots & wanted them to stay dark. The bottom portion of my hair is light. I specifically told the stylist I did not want my roots light at all. Nothin like the bottom of my hair.she said she understood and she compared to an hombre. I said yes! As she was coloring my hair, I felt the need to remind her I didnt want my roots to be light.I wanted them to remain dark. She said she understood! As my h air was being dried,I noticed the roots were light, NOT DARK anymore.I asked the stylist if she remembered I didnt want my roots lightened & pointed out my roots are now light.she said, let her finish blow drying & we will see how it turns out.Well, the lady finished drying my hair & my roots looked terrible! The stylist had another girl darken my roots. My hair turned out better. Still not as I asked but better than the first time.
Now the problem I have is the following: I understand everyone makes mistakes. However, this stylist didnt apologize for messing my hair up nor did she say goodbye. She was rushing to wash my second color out because she knew I had to pick my children up from school.
I left that salon with wet hair because I had no time to have them dry and style my hair. I was at this place from 11:15 till 2pm! So not only did I waste $111 dollars on color that I was told would only take an hour, I was treated unprofessionaly and this was a total waste of my time.
The second gal that dried my hair, even after knowing the stylist screwed up on my color, had the nerve to say "if you refer someone, you will get $5 off your next visit." Why in the world would she think i would refer someone after knowing my hair was not colored the way I asked and I was having to miss out on a blow dry! Beats me!
