Hello,

I was thoroughly disappointed in my pedi. I have been going to a salon where they only charge $19.99 so I was expecting this to be GREAT! It was worse than my less expensive place and I was charged $50 at Veda! She didnt get all the skin off, I asked her to remove the inside nail from my big toes so I wont get ingrowns and it wasnt done. The paint job was subpar. I will never go back there or refer

I bought a liter of shampoo yesterday. Do you not provide pumps to change out the top of the liter? I didn't see any. If not, you should. Montage salon does.

On a different note, after multiple incredibly disappointing hair appointments last year, I will only buy products at Veda salon. I will not use their services.

I've had pedicures at Veda for years now usually at the Academy location. I tried the University Village location because I needed 2 last minute appointments. Upon arrival, it was packed and the ladies at the front were a bit rude acting as if we were an inconvenience - which tends to be a theme at Veda. We had to stand in the store for 15 minutes because no seats were available. Finally a sweet girl offered to let us sit in the spa (which is customary at the Academy location). The Nail Tech was 20 minutes late for our appointment. When I called I specifically asked the cost for 2 pedicures (one male and one female) for our nail tech. I was told $55 for me and $30 for him. His pedicure lasted 30 minutes and mine maybe 40 (usually they are 1 hour each). Our Nail Tech was friendly and chatty - great! However, we weren't offered hand massages during the hot towel stage and felt quite rushed. At checkout, they tried to charge us $110! Are you serious? For half of the service I normally receive plus half a man's pedicure? When I told them what I had been quoted, they took off $10. I was so unhappy with how we were treated this trip. I know I won't be back. So unfortunate since I've been recommending Veda to all my friends.

I have been going here for over two years....and never have I left the salon in tears like I did last week. I waited for my hairstylist for over a half hour, just to be told *in a non-apologetic, 'get over it' attitude* that he wasn't coming in. They offered me another stylist (which i was grateful for at the time since I took off work that morning), but wound up waiting another 30 min for her. When I FINALLY got into the stylist's chair, I was told, much to my dismay, that I wouldn't be able to have the color I wanted (red put into my blond streaks). She wound up highlighting and touching up my roots (which I didnt know she was going to do until she already started) and then cut my hair. To be fair, the cut is great. But, to my horror, the roots turned out a much lighter color than the rest. AND there were no highlights where I parted my hair (Making it look like I havent gotten my hair done in over two months!).

The very worst part was that during check-out I was told that the cost was $175! This shocked me since I normally pay $125-ish... I asked her why and to check with the stylist, assuming there had to be a mistake, just to be told they "raised their prices" and this was the correct price.

Not only did I wait OVER AN HOUR for a stylist that I didn't know (without an apology regarding the no-show from my current stylist), but I didn't get the color I wanted, nor did the color turn out even slightly decent. The price set me over the edge and I feel more than insulted at the way I was treated.
