My wait was over 50 minutes to be seen by anyone. I had an appointment for 11 am I was first asked for a urine specimen at 11:25, then was asked to go back out to the waiting room where I waited again for 30 mins. At one point I got so frustrated that I complained to the front desk secretary was simply told that they were having problems with their computers and that was causing the delay. But, I have seen this pattern with my recent visits. If I were close to an hour late, I am sure that I would have been turned away, This upsets me because it seems that they believe their time is more important than mine. Also, they are pushing for a procedure called nerve ablation and they have repeatedly tried to have it performed on me, as well as other patients that I have referred there, I keep telling them no and they continue to press me to have it performed, so much so, that I am considering going to a different office for pain management. It is like they are desperate for money and they are having all their patients do this. I saw over a dozen patients having this procedure done when I went in for my blocks and even though I had told them that I did not want the ablation done, they had gone ahead on their own and scheduled it for me anyway. I had to talk with the doctor and tell him why I didn't want it performed in front of everyone there. I felt like they were not respecting my wishes and put on the spot. I am definitely going somewhere else.
