We, and our dog, love the attention and service provided at The Barkers Hotel. Our latest trip had a couple of glitches as reservation details got messed up several times. This resulted in our dog being prepped and ready for almost 3 hours prior to us arriving to pick her up. We were informed there were some new employees 'learning the ropes' so I will chalk it up to this. We will definitely board our dog here again.
We also experienced some issues with their live web cams. We tried multiple computers, OS, browsers, etc but had very little luck in getting consistent feeds.
