First of all,allow me to say,"I have found where the customer service has gone". It is at SALON TEN!!!!! I shop at a number of different establishments and "customer service" or lack there of is a deal breaker for me. I have found that in the past (2) years or so, It is hard to find a establishment whether it is retail, resteraunts or personal care that has and hold their staff to a high standard of customer service,but Salon Ten has restored my faith! The whole staff is excellent and I am very,VERY particular. I observed them from afar when I visited Melt and Starbucks on different occasions. I believe what you don' t say (verbally) speaks much louder and is more genuine,especially when you don't know you are being observed. How can you put a true price on excellence. I don't mind paying for the prices when I walk away confident and absolutely satisfied. Jesse is my Stylist. She is patient,calm and genuine, not to mention her skillset is top quality. They are stuck with me!!!
