First of all, when you walk in the door (if you can even figure out which door is the right one) you have to call them to let you up. I did not expect that and me and another person were really confused downstairs. Once you walk into the office it is freezing and it's dark. The lady at the front desk, while nice, was very fast in everything she was saying so I had to just figure out what she meant once I looked at the paperwork. Who knows if I filled everything out right. Finally, 25 minutes after my appointment time, I am called back to the room. The dental hygienist tells me she's going to begin my cleaning, but never introduces herself and never smiles. I had to ask her what her name was and even then, there was never a personalized conversation or anything said other than the ramble she was probably told to say to every patient. The dentist was very nice and personal, she did introduce herself and made small talk while I really appreciated, however, she was also very fast in everything that she said and was out like less than 5 minutes probably. Already pretty annoyed at this point, I just decide that maybe they're all having a bad day and I won't let my experience get to me. I go to the check out desk and the man says to the hygienist "Have her sit in the waiting room for now." So I go sit until he calls my name (which was literally like 30 seconds later). He makes me walk back in through the doors to where he is and asks how my visit was today. I shrugged my shoulders and said "Honestly, it could have been better." He didn't say anything else except to move on about how much I owed. He never asked what went wrong, why I was displeased, what they could do to make it better...nothing. Just pay me, basically. I do not plan on making another appointment and will not return or recommend this place to anyone.
