I've scheduled a few appointments at this location for wash and blow-dry and have seen a few of the stylists. I am always pleased with the results and plan to continue coming to this location, despite the $50 price (then add tip) for a plain old wash and style.
On a recent visit though, the morning receptionist did not update my appointment time (I rescheduled to 15 minutes later since I was coming from a prior doctor's appointment which I knew may be running behind). I was surprised when I got attitude from the afternoon receptionist who was annoyed when I called to let them know I was running 5 minutes behind, however, to them I was 20 minutes late and had 'blown' my appointment. Apparently morning receptionist did not change my original scheduled time. On top of attitude, she was only able to accommodate my appointment to 2 hours later, which was not a convenient time for me.
I hung up and called again and THANKFULLY someone else answered the phone and she found another stylist who was available 15 minutes later. Luck of the draw whoever helps you out at the receptionists desk...which is unfortunate being as these are the folks who initially interact with your clients.
