Dr. Killidar was very unprofessional prior to my being seen. She was yelling at someone - I dont know if it was a patient or a staff member. When she did come in, she was very rough in handling my face/teeth, and scraped so hard that I cried. She just told me to "hold still". My right teeth and jaw hurt for the rest of the day. I was not given fluoride. I was left there afterward without a word until she finally came back and said "you know you can go now". This was my first experience with her as my entire family sees another dentist in this practice and are very satisfied with her - this apptmt was made with this dentist for scheduling reasons. None of us will see nor recommend this dentist.
The most difficult dental practice to schedule a 6 months cleaning appointment. Decided to leave them after 15 years of fighting with their reception desk to schedule one. Their policy of open and close schedules is nuts! My new dentist will not let me leave without prescheduled appointment for the next visit.
