Company broke my valve stem sensor yet I had to pay for it.. They should have paid for it since they are the ones who broke it.. I just spent 500 on tires.. Always used the company for tires .. Very upset .. They apologized and labor was free to replace Valve stem sensor ..
These TPMS valve stem sensors are parts that have to be replaced typically every 5 to 6 years and often break due to corrosion. Since we have to remove the caps and/or valve cores during tire service, this is when the breakage typically occurs. Even though we often try to help with the cost of replacing the sensor, this does not imply that the sensor broke due to negligence on the part of our technicians.
