Taylor did a superb job on my hair, it looks fantastic. I was watching the other students work, and the outcomes for other people were beautiful as well. I'll have the same service every time I'm in town, and I'm from Florida! I bought my son's girlfriend a gift certificate also.

had hair dye all over me they attempted to wipe it off and didn't do anything but i got it off when i got home they didn't even do anything to my hair when they blowed dried it so i left out with a frizz ball

I had an absolutely amazing experience yesterday at Paul Mitchell The School. I had my services with Brooklyn who is phase 2. She was incredible. I highly recommend her!!!!

It took longer than expected, but my prom hair was spot on. It stayed so well that it worked until 4 in the morning. If you can be patient it is a really good place to go.

My cut and color turned out great. The girl who do my hair was really nice. However i always look forward to my hair being washed there and this time it was terrible. They rinsed in ice cold water and when shampooing they were pulling my hair it was not enjoyable.

My experience was horrible. The student was great but the instructor(s) & front desk lady was very rude & disrespectful. Three of us went to get our hair colored on Tuesday night. My friend was getting a red ombré, her mom all over color, and I wanted an all over soft brown & pink color.

My friend with the ombré was black headed & had her hair bleached for the ombré 1/2 way down. When it was time to wash & remove bleach her whole pony tail fell off.

My friends mom with the all over color was to hide the gray in her hair, color was done but it did not cover the gray.

I checked in at 5:17 & it was 6pm before anyone cared that I was there to get my hair done. I showed the student what's I wanted, very simple & I get my hair colored light & dark colors often. She goes to find the instructor & he walks over, rudley says "we can't do that!" Goes to walk off. The student goes to find a female instructor & she rudley says "your hair is too dark, you will never get that done. If I was in a professional salon I would have you come 4 times to attempt this color". I told her "I've been these colors before, I know it can be done". I chose a different darker color to avoid an argument. She immediately became hateful with me. Guess she didn't want to teach the student how to do fun colors. Bleach was applied to my hair unevenly. As we were picking out the new colors, I wanted a professional opinion on the colors the student had chosen & the female professor said "I'm not picking them out that's her job!" As we stand there another student comes to ask the femake instructor for advice, she states "I've been answerikh questions ALL day & I'm done answering questions!" The instructor washes my bleach out so sloppy & hard that water was all over my face. As color is applied I said "the blonde doesn't look bad on me, if I ever wanted to go blonde..." And before I finish my statement the instructor interrupted saying "don't come back here, I don't want to do it!" The 2 colors applied to my hair were so horribly put on, again by the instructor that I could tell it wasn't going to go on evenly. At the point I'm nervous & getting very irritated. As we are waiting for my color to set in I tell the student I'm going outside for a moment to talk to my friends who are at the door & already finished. The instructor loudly says "DONT GO ANYWHERE WE HAVE TO DRY YOUR HAIR!" As if I'm going to walk out & leave without paying! As I'm standing there the front desk lady says "can you go ahead & pay now?" I tell her "no, I'll pay when we are finished so I can tip the student for the work done based off how it turns out". She tells me "it's not an option they close at 10 I have to pat now". I go to renise my hair and as the instructor is washing my hair she tells me they aren't going to have time to dry it. I've been here 5 hours & your not going to dry my hair so I can see the color?!?!? I dry & straighten my own hair.

Needless to say my hair color was horrible, I was only supposed to have 2 colors but ended up having 5 from where they didn't evenly apply the color or bleach & the color didn't take inn several obviously large spots. It's cost me $134 & 5 1/2 hours at Paul Mitchell for a horrible job! I had to go & pay a salon who charged me only $100 to correct & give me the colors I originally wanted that the instructor stated I could never do bc they felt so bad for me & "couldn't let me walk around looking like that".

The student who did my hair was NOT at fault. She didn't know any better bc the instructor 1) took over & 2) was a horrible instructor & stylist. I wouldn't be as upset if the student did it bc it is a school and she is learning.

Would never go back & refer someone to go there until they have responsible instructors who know what they are doing, want to teach the students & who know what they are doing.

I found out about ProTint Window Tinting while searching for the best tent. I called and made an appointment unlike most appointments they we're ready for me. They showed me about the options they offered. Well I went with the LLumar Ceramic tint. I can't stop talking about it and ProTint. They we're very professional and knew there product as did I from my research. I felt like they really appreciated my business. No pressure sales. When the job was done in the time they said it would be I was very delighted I had other commitments that day and was able make them. My Audi looked great so when I bought my wife her Jaguar I took it straight to ProTint she loves it. She also loved seeing her car on FaceBook they took a picture and posted it. Just bought a Cadillac LXR Roadster and I'm going back. From 1 to 10 Ten being the highest I give ProTint a 10+. Thank you for making my cars look great and the tint keeps them cool and protected. The LLmar Ceramic is worth every penny I paid I will never go back to regular tint. It's a great product and ProTint is a great company.
