Overall so far, I like this place. There are several things I don't particularly care for about this place. First, the tip jar is not appropriate for a weight loss clinic. This is the third weight loss clinic I've been to and I have never seen that. Second, I don't like that we have to make an appointment even on weeks we don't have to see the doctor or the nurse. Sometimes, I am in the area and it would be nice to be able to stop by and get my weekly injections even if I have to wait 10 or 15 minutes. On the other hand, I do feel the girls that work up front and those that give the injections are very friendly.

I was very hesitating about going in another weight loss DR. Once there the front desk ladies were very nice even thou it took me several try's to get all my paper work filled out. My phone kept going off from work and the ladies were very nice and did not roll their eyes are get upset. Once in the back the young lady was very nice explained everything answered my questions. Once paying going out the girls in the front were very nice when I was leaving working with me on my next appointment time.

I hope to have a good experience here with my weight loss I have 2 girls getting married next year 4 months apart so this is very important to me to try and get some of this weight off of me not only for that but health reason as well.

Nice quiet environment. Freindly caring staff. While I don't have sensitive skin, they were very attentive to the affects of the laser as they increased the intensity.

I waited about 2 weeks to write this review because I was so disappointed. I absolutely love all of the girls here EXCEPT for one. The skinny girl with short straight black hair is rude to patients, coworkers, other girls she training. That girl needs to GO or be coached to know....in business how you treat your clients and coworkers leaves an impression on clients.

Please know-

I completely understand if you need to take another client ahead of me, you are slammed and running behind, that I was late and you can't fit me in because people are waiting, that you need to reset my Apt. Because I was late.

What I don't understand is when I am early numerous times and you all triple book the 9/9:15 time and I sit there after being early for 30+ minutes just to get shots/weighed. I do not understand being late by 6 minutes, no one was in the back getting treatment, OR came in for an apt. For 30 minutes after.... ( I waited in the Lobby to check) is told; " I am sorry, we can't see you today or reschedule you for today because you were late." I was not even offered an option of you were late after a warning so you can reschudle or pay a $10.00-15.00 fee. Nope, just can't see you.

I have now moved to a new spa that is more expensive, about equal distance, but treats clients 10 times better. Money is important but does not outweigh customer service. The new location I go to takes the time to talk about specials they have. They do not just leave a flyer out, draw it on a white board, or rely just on an e-mail. I believe and feel they care more than you all did. I really do wish the other girls all the best, and to the other one..... I am sure you all have numerous customers that spend over $400 a month. Treat them better, What you didn't know was...My mom was admitted to a nursing home that day, I was on the phone with family out of town letting them know, So no... I couldn't call.
