The procedure was quick and (mostly) painless. I was happy to find out that freezing wasn't needed because the needles for freezing would leave my jaw and mouth aching for days after.
My only complaint is the dental assistant kept pressing an instrument painfully into my gums. I understand that the instrument probably needed to be close to the tooth the dentist was working on, but this was excessive. I literally have several small cuts to different areas of my gums from it! One spot in particular hurts whenever my tongue brushes against it. The cuts feel like they're on fire when I use mouthwash.
