I live in Roanoke, but if possible I always drive to Blacksburg to put the care of my car in their hands. I have found that it is rare to find honest mechanics who will only fix what needs fixing, and charge a fair price. In fact, I've gone in to get my brakes replaced, and they told me that I have quite a bit of life left in them. Most mechanics would tell me they need to be replaced, and over-charge for the parts and labor because they figure that I don't know any better. Most mechanics operate on the idea that the customers don't know enough about cars to argue with the professionals, so they look for any reason to squeeze more money out of their customers. I feel that M & M are not like most mechanics. They are always friendly, and treat me with respect. Integrity is a rare thing in this world, and when given the chance I like to reward integrity. So thank you and keep up the good work!
