Glad you asked! I have been going to your place for many years now and had no problems. Yesterday was not the best hair cut of my life.
I contacted your salon two days before and wanted to take advantage of the 20% discount and wanted to set up an appointment with Kelly, unfortunately I was told that she no longer works there.
I asked for a "male" hair dresser and was set up with Chris. I also questioned the 20% and was told with the 20% discount my regular hair cut on Thursaday, March 26, 2015 was going to cost me $44.00.
When I walked in, I told the receptionist about my 4:00 p.m. appointment with Chris and was told that it was going to be with Margaret. No explanation was given and I had no choice but to go with Margaret, which by-the-way was an excellent person and I was satisfied 100% with her job.
However, when I was going to pay...they charged me $68.00. The $60.00 per hair cut according to the cashier and I had asked for $8.00 as a tip to Margaret. I told the cashier that I was told $44.00 because that day was a "discount day" and that I was going to pay what I was told over the phone when I made my appointment.
Well, the Supervisor was not to happy with this...but gave me the $44.00 price not without telling me that "Margaret" was a high paid hair dresser and next time was going to cost me $60.00. I explained to her why I decided to pay the $44.00, but she gave me the "most ridiculous" answer and this is what she said: "by the time you came, the prices went up so next time, it will cost you $60.00". Had no idea that she was so rude! She sounds like she was selling "gasoline" that the price goes up within minutes.
I really think Margaret did a good job, but if you are going to treat your customers like we are "stupid", I can go some place else and be treated like a decent person.
You are not doing me a favor. Thanks for the opportunity to express my dissatisfaction with your facility. Good luck with your customers, but I do not intend to go back under the present of your unprofessional staff.
