I had quite a bit of work done here: cleanings, replacement fillings, 2 extractions (wisdom teeth) and had my two front teeth replaced.
The good: Kind staff, and my veneers, which are my two front teeth, look amazing. People have no idea that they're fake. They took a lot of care to match my teeth color and the details are amazing. Well worth the money.
The bad: Waited very long times past my scheduled appointment on every visit and waited even longer in the room for someone to help me. My cleanings averaged 2.5 hours. The biggest issue I had was the billing. We paid cash up front for all services. After our last visit for cleanings, we'd paid up front, but our insurance didn't pay Greenway what was anticipated, so we had a balance due. I never got a phone call or a message, but months later, received a letter that our account was in collections. The amount was relatively small, around $120, but the collections agency was demanding fees/interest etc. I had no idea that we even owed the balance. When I called Greenway Dental, they were sending notices to my old address, which I hadn't lived in for 3 years. Ultimately, I understand that I should have updated my address, but I still feel that a phone call would have been nice rather than just sending us to collections.
I switched dentists and am just as happy, and they don't make me sit in the rooms for hours on end.
