I ordered new glasses and I still haven't gotten them. I called the office during business hours and got a recording and left a message days ago with no return call. I asked them to bill my new insurance company and let me know if the claim went through, and I got no phone call confirming insurance paid my claim and my credit card was refunded. There is a lack of communication with me...
All People were very pleasant, but as I sat there 15 minutes before my appointment time(as asked) and waited 20 minutes past my appointment time, by the time I got to work I lost 3 hours! That is tough for me .
I will make my appointments more convenient for myself.
I usually love going to see all the girls working there. Always a smiling welcoming face the minute you walk through the door. This time was a big change!!!
I am disgusted with the new employee Lidia who works the machines in the back. She was rude and very cold. She acted as if I annoyed her. Not happy at all, and that makes me sad because I have never had a bad experience in the past.
I honestly have never laughed or smiled so much at a dentist! Everyone there was so great. I'm so happy I left my old dentist and found Welcome Smiles! Thank you so much for such a positive experience!
