Just submitted a very favorable review to AAA. I have been using Coastland for all my local repairs and services for the past 3+years most satisfactorily. I had called AAA as my car would not start and was told I needed a new starter. Upon taking the car to Coastland I was told by Brian that I also needed new front struts. As they were quite expensive I relied on his expertise and also had them replaced after talking to him on my caption call monitor. Work was done promptly.

Only complaint is that I was charged $46.50 on my statement for an analysis report that Brian had told me i would not be charged for.

I WAS DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I WAS CHARGED $98.58 FOR THE OWNER TO LOOK AT MY TIMING BELT.....IT LOOKS LIKE TWO BOLTS HOLD THE COVER ON AND IT SHOULDNT TAKE AN HOUR TO CHECK IT OUT ...HE DID PROVIDE ME WITH PICTURES OF THE BELT BUT YOU CAN'T SEE WHETHER THE BELT IS BADLY CRACKED OR HAS FEW OR LITTLE EVIDENCE OF A NEED TO REPLACE IT . I NOW WILL LOOK FOR SOMEONE WHO WILL LET ME SEE THE BELT AND LET ME DECIDE IF I WANT IT REPLACED OR NOT ..BOTTOM LINE IS I HAVEN'T SEEN THE BELT ..........

Before I had filled out the new customer paperwork Brian had diagnosed the problem with my BMW and it was less serious and far less expensive than I feared. The work was performed sooner than promised and the entire experience was simply marvelous. Great people!

I am from out-of-town and my 2009 KIA Sorento had an issue with the throttle not responding correctly. I dropped the car a little after noon on a Tuesday and I had the car back on Wednesday at 4 PM. They assisted me with renting a car and returning the rental car.

They are very polite and they do not talk over your head. This place is neat as a pin and they provide very quick service.
