The staff is awesome! They try very hard to work around your schedule (especially Diane). The doctors are very competent will take as long as needed- especially Dr Bisson- to diagnose and treat any dental problem. I have recommended many patients to them over the years.

Dental work done this appointment was excellent, tooth filled and feels great. However, I don't like the billing practices. Used to be they would bill you after the insurance company settled with them, I paid them with my HSA account and we were done. Now they are asking for 20% at the visit, then the insurance pays and then you have to pay them again for the difference unless there is a credit (and how do you credit money back to an HSA). This is highly annoying and a pain because of the record keeping for the HSA. I don't want to fiddle around with two accounting entries and another round of back up information for the HSA files. I want to pay them once and be done. This new practice makes me want to change dentists to one that will value my customer experience and make my accounting life easier. Deal with problem patients appropriately but don't paint me with the same brush!
